How to contact technical support

  1. While logged in to your candidate portal, in the main menu select Help and click on Contact us
  2. Select Technical problem from the Issue list.
  3. Complete the rest of the form and click Submit.

Please make sure that you are using the email address you used to register on the system. Please provide all of the following information:

  • A clear description of the problem.
  • A full description of the steps you took and the information you added before the issue occurred.
  • Details of any error messages you encountered.
  • Attach a screenshot of the issue you experienced and/or any errors that occurred. How to take a screenshot
  • Attach copies of any document(s) you are trying to upload.
  • Any other details you can think of about your issue.
