JavaScript is a programming language used within our web pages that needs to be enabled to allow our pages to display correctly.
Chrome:
- Click on the three vertical dots in the top right-hand side of your browser toolbar.
- Select Settings.
- On the Settings page click on show advanced settings.
- In the Privacy section, click Content Settings.
- In the JavaScript section, select Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended).
- Click Done.
Safari:
- Click on the Safari menu.
- Click on Preferences.
- On the Security tab under Web Content.
- Click Enable JavaScript.
- Click the Red button to close Preferences.
Internet Explorer:
- Click on the Tools menu.
- Select Internet Options.
- Click on the Security tab.
- In the Select a zone to view or change security settings box, select the Internet zone at the top of the tab.
- Click on the Custom Level button.
- Scroll down to the Scripting options (near the bottom).
- Select Enable for Active scripting.
- Click OK.
- Click OK again.
Edge:
- Click on Start, type Edit group policy and select it.
- Expand the User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components folder.
- Expand the Microsoft Edge folder.
- Double-click allows you to run scripts, like JavaScript.
- Choose Disable and click OK to confirm.
Firefox:
- Click on the Firefox menu.
- Click on Options.
- Click on Content.
- Click to Enable JavaScript.
- Click OK.
