Parts of the system rely on pop-ups in order to launch related features and third party systems (such as online tests).
Chrome:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- Click on the three vertical dots in the top right-hand side of the browser toolbar.
- Click Settings.
- At the bottom, click Show advanced settings.
- Under Privacy, click Content settings.
- Under Pop-ups, select the option Allow all sites to show pop-ups.
Safari:
- From the Safari menu, choose Preferences.
- Click on the Security tab.
- Ensure that the Block pop-up windows option is NOT checked.
Internet Explorer:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Go to the web page that you want to allow pop-ups.
- From the Tools menu (the gear icon on the far right of the browser toolbar), select Internet options.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- Under Pop-up Blocker ensure that the Turn on Pop-up Blocker checkbox is NOT checked.
- Click Apply.
Edge:
- Click on the icon with three horizontal dots in the upper-right hand corner of the browser toolbar.
- Click on Settings.
- In the Advanced settings section, click on View advanced settings.
- In the Block pop-ups section, click the switch to Off.
Firefox:
- Open Mozilla Firefox.
- Go to the web page that you want to allow pop-ups.
- Click on the icon with three horizontal dots in the upper-right hand corner of the browser toolbar.
- Select Options (Windows) or Preferences (OS X).
- In the left sidebar, click on the Content icon.
- In the Pop-ups section, ensure that the Block pop-up windows checkbox is NOT checked.
