Please check the following:

Are you uploading an allowed file type?

• Check that your document is saved as one of the file types specified on the site.
• Check that your document is saved with an extension that matches the file type. For example, .doc or .docx for Word documents.

Is your file within the allowed size limit?

• Check that your document is within the size limit specified on the site.
• Reduce the size of your document.

Can you see the 'Browse' and 'Upload' buttons on the page?

• If not, please check your browser settings. We use HTML5 or 4 upload controls without flash support.
