If any documents, such as your CV, are too large to upload to the system then you should reduce the size of your file in order to complete your application.

Microsoft Word documents:

• Remove any unnecessary images.
• Try copying and pasting the entire contents to a new document and saving it as a new file. This should remove unnecessary formatting.
• Check the suggestions made by Microsoft to reduce the file size:
  

PDF documents:

• Remove any unnecessary images.
• If scanning supporting documentation, set your scanner to low resolution.
• Check your settings and save the document with a lower resolution.

Images:

• Photos that you are uploading to the system should be taken using a low resolution.
• Try copying the image file, opening the image in Paint, resizing the whole image and then saving the resized image.
• Check the suggestions made by Microsoft to reduce the file size of a pictures:
