How to clear cookies and cache
Google Chrome
- Click on the three vertical dots in the top right-hand side of the browser toolbar.
- Click on Settings.
- Click on Show advanced settings.
- Under Privacy you will see two buttons: Content Settings and Clear browsing data.
- Click on Clear browsing data.
- Tick Cookies and other site and plugin data and Cached images and files.
- Select the time frame you want to delete and click Clear browsing data.
Microsoft Edge
- Click on the three horizontal dots in the upper right-hand corner of your browser toolbar.
- Click on Settings.
- You should then see Clear Browsing Data. Click on Choose what to clear.
- Tick Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files.
- Click Clear.
Firefox:
- Click on the Firefox menu.
- Click on History.
- Click on Clear Recent History.
- Select Everything in the Time range to clear box.
- Tick the boxes for Browsing & Download History, Form & Search History, Cookies and Cache.
- Click Clear Now.
