I'm trying to apply but it says 'You have already applied once in this calendar year'

The system includes restrictions on the number of applications you are able to make during a calendar year. If you see this message, then you have already started and/or submitted the maximum number of applications allowed for the current campaign year.

To view all applications you have made on the system, select Your application(s) from the main menu. On this page you will see the status of each of your applications.

If any of your applications are still in progress, then you can:

  • Click Continue your application, to complete and submit the application form, in order to apply for the selected vacancy. Or,
  • Cancel the application, which will release the restriction and allow you to start a new application to a different vacancy.

If all of your applications are submitted, then:

  • You will be unable to make any further applications this campaign year.
  • You can contact the administration team if you have any queries about the application or would like to change your application to a different vacancy.
