  • Please make sure you are using a device and browser that are supported by the test provider.
  • If you are using any other device, you will need to switch to a supported device (for example, a PC or laptop). If you are using any other browser, you will need to install a supported browser, or use another device which includes a supported browser.

Do you have pop-ups blocked?

  • The system relies on pop-ups in order to launch the online tests. If you find that the online test is failing to open, it is most likely because your browser is blocking pop-ups.
  • You will need to enable pop-ups in order to allow the online test to launch.

Is your Adobe Flash Player up to date?

  • You may need to update your Adobe Flash Player to the latest version, as many online tests require an up to date version of this software.
